How to use doTERRA DDR Prime Essential Oil

Cosmetic

• Combine 2 drops with a carrier oil for a warm effect during a soothing massage
• Apply 1 drop with a carrier oil and rub into the back of the neck and shoulders for a steadying aroma during the day

Household

• When needed most or as a daily boost, diffuse 1–2 drops of DDR Prime to promote a supportive home environment.
• When used topically, dilute 1 drop with 5-10 drops of carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.

Diffusion
